1. Infinity Box/Dongle:
- Infinity Box/Dongle registered before 01 March 2012 get 18 months free software updates and support area access. After that box is subjected for yearly paid activation (Renew) for new updates and support area access
- Infinity Box/Dongle registered after 01 March 2012 get 12 months free software updates and support area access. After that box is subjected for yearly paid activation (Renew) for new updates and support area access
- Free updates/support period start from the date of registration (first Smart-Card update)
- How to check Support Validity date
- You can Renew Updates/Support period via any Reseller or via Infinity Online Service (IOS)

2. Other Infinity-Box products:
- No any additoinal activation/registration/renew fee required for software updates and support area access |
