Notice Regarding Software Updates on Mobile Realme
Warning
Please back up your data before updating the software: Settings-> Additional Settings-> Make a Backup and Reset-> Backup & Restore, select the data you want to back up.
Please make sure the battery capacity is above 30%.
Do not turn off the cellphone during the update process.
How to Update Software
1. Simple Mode
Transfer the firmware that you downloaded to the phone storage, open the File Manager and find the firmware, then click firmware, Update Now, and wait for the update to succeed.
2. Recovery Mode
Transfer the firmware that you downloaded to the phone storage or SD card, then turn off the phone. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons, until your phone enters Recovery Mode.
Select the desired language
Install from a storage device, and find the firmware on the mobile storage or on the SD card
Click on the firmware and do an update
Please do not do any other activities on the cellphone until the cellphone has completely been updated.
If you cannot update the software yourself, please back up important data, take your cellphone, invoice and warranty card to your local customer service center to ask a technician for help there.
