Download Hotwav USB drivers from here (based on your model number), install it in your computer and connect Hotwav device with PC or Laptop successfully.

Since Hotwav doesn’t offer PC suite software, downloading and installing the USB driver on your computer is the only way to connect your Hotwav smartphone or tablet with your PC or Laptop computer.

First you should check your build number.
Go to Settings>>About phone(at bottom of the page)>>Build number
